Rabbi Saul Strosberg joined Sherith Israel as its spiritual leader in August 2005. A native of Schenectady, NY, Rabbi Strosberg received his ordination from Yeshivat Chovevei Torah, under the leadership of Rabbi Avi Weiss. Rabbi Strosberg completed internships at the National Synagogue in Washington, DC and Beth David Synagogue in Hartford Connecticut. Prior to YCT, Strosberg received his bachelors degree in business administration from Yeshiva University and attended Hebrew University and Yeshivat Ateret Kohanim, in Jerusalem.
Rabbi Strosberg served on the steering committee for the International Rabbinic Fellowship, is on the board of Yeshivat Maharat, and acts as an AIPAC rabbinic mentor. He is also the director of the Nashville Kosher Commission, rabbinic coordinator for the Nashville eruv, and is the founder of Jewish Middle School of Nashville.
Rabbi Strosberg is married to Daniella Pressner, who is the principal at Akiva School, and together, they are the proud and grateful parents of Cole, Amalia, Ravital, and Yedid.
