The International Rabbinic Fellowship expresses its strong condemnation of the terrorist attack on the Temple Mount complex this morning that took the lives of two Israeli Police officers.

We join in expressing our condolences to the families of the brave police officers Hael Sitawe, zt"l ,age 30, and Kamil Shnaan, zt"l, 22, both members of the Israeli Druze community. Druze citizens of Israel have demonstrated unwavering loyalty and devotion to the State of Israel since the inception of the State, standing shoulder to shoulder with their fellow citizens in defending the country and its people. 

We offer our support to the families of the murdered officers, one of whom, Hael Sitwae, leaves behind a wife and a three week old son, Ramos, and one of whom, Kamil Shanan, was recently engaged to be married. 

May their memory be for a blessing.
